The table below (including
continuation on a separate page) shows what $10,000 at December 31, 1998, would have grown to
assuming returns the same as the GTI, the NASDAQ, and the S&P 500.
Columns found on the continuation page track (until their respective demises) the DPI
from April 14, 2000, the DSI from January 19, 2001, the BTI from December 28, 2001, and
the "Old GTI" from March 15, 2002. Note that the starting points of the DPI, DSI,
and BTI (that is, the time when each had a value of 10,000) are all different, so they cannot be directly compared. They appear
here on the same two pages solely for convenience.
Within any column, you can
determine the return for any time interval from the ratio of the entries at the beginning and the end of
the period.
