Policy as to Updating and Rebalancing

Prior to December 1, 2000, the GTI was updated and
rebalanced daily.

As the site expanded, that proved too much of a time
commitment, so since then I have been on a weekly
(end of week) cycle.

Starting May 14, 2001, I added a brief daily update.
It consisted of a bar chart showing the daily (and week-
to-date) performance of the GTI, NASDAQ, S&P and 4HM.
I discontinued that practice May 29, 2009.
